Eveready Energy Services was created on September 8, 2008 by unifying two companies, Eveready Industrial Services Corp. and Winterhawk Enterprises Ltd.

As a unified team, Eveready Energy Services is positioned to capture the tremedous growth oppotunities that lie ahead, particularly in the oil sands, industrial and production sectors.
